Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from Kathmandu, Nepal, where each piece is handcrafted, quality checked, and carefully prepared for international delivery.

Dispatch time

Most items are held in stock and ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. If a piece is being made or personalised specifically for you by prior agreement, dispatch may take longer, and we will confirm a timeframe with you directly before you order.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks in total, as international customs processing and seasonal peak periods can occasionally extend this.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping worldwide, including to the UK, United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

Courier and tracking

We ship using trusted international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, DPD, and UPS, chosen based on your destination for the safest and most reliable route. Every order is sent on a tracked service, and your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Given the value of many of our pieces, a signature on delivery may be required by the courier.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside Nepal may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as this varies by country and item value.

Condition on arrival

Every piece is brand new and quality checked before dispatch, then packed to export-grade standard for safe international transit.
